Arabic Language, Literature, and Linguistics

Writing and Publishing

Builds versatile writing skills across genres and industry needs. Develops strong communication for personal and professional use. Prepares graduates for diverse roles in business, education, and beyond. Empowers authentic voices in a changing world.

Business, Organizational Leadership and Development

Focuses on building sustainable, impactful organizations. Develops skills in leadership, management, and communication. Integrates Islamic principles into organizational development. Prepares graduates to lead transformation in schools, mosques, businesses, and global movements.

Applied Psychology

Grounds students in core psychological concepts and explores how Islamic teachings shape understanding of the mind, behavior, and emotional well-being. Prepares students to apply psychological knowledge in faith-centered settings like education, counseling, and community development. Promotes analysis of dominant psychological paradigms through an Islamic epistemological lens.

History and Futures Studies

Combines history, philosophy, design, foresight, and cultural analysis to help students understand the past, navigate present challenges, and shape just futures. Equips students with tools like scenario planning, backcasting, and trend analysis to address complex global issues and systems of change. Explores innovation, education, leadership, political discourse, and storytelling as pathways for societal transformation.

Islamic Teachings, Traditions, and Transformations

Develops a deep, nuanced understanding of Islamic tradition in modern contexts. Combines traditional texts with contemporary methodologies and disciplines. Focuses on embodying Islamic values, adab, & akhlaq in teaching service. Cultivates problem-solving, resilience, confidence, and a mission-oriented mindset for the Ummah.
