This course is a love letter and invitation to Muslim women all over the world. It invites you to learn, reflect and release the pain of disappointment and hurt. It aims to help to unburden the aches in your heart to make room for the light and blessings of Ramadan. Through this course you will learn the ways in which you carry your pain whether from others, yourself, or your past as well as the importance of releasing and forgiving yourself and others. Rooted in Islamic tradition and psychological information and expertise you will not only learn how to release and forgive but you will learn why it’s hard for you to do so and what it means to forgive and also how to move forward in relationships that have been hurtful. This course will also address what it means to forgive when ties have been severed or the person(s) are no longer accessible.
