Registration Process:

Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or at least 1 installment. 

Registration fee: $250 

The registration fee includes a non-refundable deposit of $100.

The registration fee includes:

• 4 days of educational programming
• Transportation between the Rabata Cultural Center and the venue by bus
• Accommodations and bedding
• Meals, beverages & snacks (halal zabiha)
• A welcome packet
• The registration fee does NOT include travel costs to or from Minnesota. 

Installments:

To make securing your spot easier, we offer the following installment plans. 

3-Month Plan

• Total cost: $250

• Payment breakdown:
  • April – $83.33
  • May – $83.33
  • June – $83.33

2-Month Plan

• Payment breakdown:
  • April – $125
  • May – $125

Retreat Refund Policy

Refund requests must be made in writing to retreats@rabata.org. As noted above, the registration fee includes a non refundable portion of $100.

Before June 6, 2025  → $100 withheld

• Refund amount: $150
• A $100 administrative fee is deducted to cover processing fees and initial planning costs.
• By this time, major costs (venue, transportation, deposits) are locked in.

After June 7, 2025 → No Refunds

• No refunds available after this date.
• All funds have been allocated to retreat expenses.
• Participants may transfer their spot to someone else if needed.

This policy ensures fairness while covering essential retreat costs.

The Ribaat Academic Institute is a project of Rabata, a US-based 501(c)3 non-profit organization. As such, all registration fees go towards the costs of running the retreat

Partial Attendance:

There will be no partial attendance fees. All retreaters will need to pay in full even if they will not be attending the entire retreat. 

In the event a retreater needs to arrive/depart outside of the bus timings stated below, transportation between the airport and Osprey Wilds (a distance of about 100 miles) will be the responsibility of the retreater.
