Ramadan Ready is an interactive workshop designed to help both newcomers and seasoned participants prepare for the blessed month of Ramadan. Through practical guidance and actionable tools, this workshop will address the key strategies to ensure a holistic and fulfilling Ramadan experience.
Participants will learn about the rulings related to Ramadan, how to develop a strong Ramadan mindset, set intentional spiritual goals, and build sustainable habits that extend beyond the sacred month. The workshop also covers nutrition and fitness tips to maintain energy while fasting, ways to stay spiritually engaged during dhikr week, pregnancy, or postpartum, and meaningful ways to involve family and community in Ramadan activities. Whether you’re looking to refine your Ramadan routine or start fresh, this workshop will equip you with the tools to make this Ramadan truly transformative.
A short course is a brief educational program designed to teach a specific skill or provide knowledge in a focused area. Typically lasting from a few hours to several days, these courses allow participants to engage in deep learning without a long-term commitment. This is a not-for-credit course and no grades will be issued upon completion.
