Course Description:

This is a practical course providing students the opportunity to practice reading the Holy Quran and master the skill of decoding. By the end of this course, students should be able to recognize all the Arabic letters and vowel sounds with ease and be able to pronounce most of them correctly while improving their general speed and fluency while reading.

Students will work with a recitation teacher in small groups during 1 additional weekly session in which they will practice the skills learned in class.
