Certificate in Nonprofit Leadership & Capacity Building

Description:

The Certificate in Nonprofit Leadership & Capacity Building is an 8-week incubation program designed for established Muslim nonprofit organizations ready to translate the momentum of Ramadan into sustainable growth. Through weekly live sessions and hands-on implementation, participants will strengthen governance, fundraising strategy, and operational systems while building clear, measurable pathways for long-term impact. Participants will join a national cohort of nonprofit leaders committed to excellence in service of Allah and His creation, culminating in a final presentation with the opportunity to receive a prize of $5,000. Continued support will be available through one-on-one coaching during the summer months to help organizations implement and sustain what they have built.

Requirements:

• Students should be accepted in the 2026 Certificate in Nonprofit Leadership & Capacity Building at Rabata in partnership with IRUSA.
• Access to internet with an internet speed of at least 2 Mbps is recommended for best performance.
• Headphones, camera and microphone may be required for in-class participation.
• To access the live class and recordings, students will need a computer, smartphone, or tablet/iPad with the Zoom app.
